About Me

I’m Sophie Alder, a Dance Artist and Pilates teacher. I’ve performed and taught in professional, community and educational settings for over 25 years working with under 5s to older people and specialise in inclusive practice. In 2023 I became a certified Comprehensive Pilates teacher (Polestar Pilates) and teach group mat and reformer classes and work 121 with clients using studio equipment.
